Brain Fatigue Has Become a Common Modern Ailment — Chen Guoxiang 815 to Solve Your Doubts

(Kuching, 29th) Have you ever experienced this: even after sleeping for eight hours, you still wake up feeling exhausted; you find it difficult to concentrate at work, your memory clearly declines, your mood becomes irritable, and you can't even get excited about things you used to enjoy? If these situations happen often, the issue might not just be physical fatigue, but your brain may be sending out a warning signal of “overwork.”

With rapid technological development, modern people face an overwhelming amount of information every day, heavy work pressure, and prolonged use of electronic devices like smartphones and computers, leaving the brain with almost no real opportunity to rest. Being in a state of high workload for a long time not only affects work efficiency and learning ability, but also easily leads to anxiety, insomnia, depression, and physical and mental health problems.

Brain fatigue has gradually become one of the most common — and often most overlooked — health concerns in modern society.

To raise public awareness of brain health and help more people learn proper brain care methods, the Malaysia Vitality Community Association will be holding a themed experiential class titled “Why Are More and More People Feeling Brain Fatigue?” on brain health energy detox. The event will take place on August 15th (Saturday) from 3pm to 5pm at Level 9, Crowne Tower, Kuching, featuring experienced health education mentor Professor Chen Guoxiang as the main speaker.

This course is free and will be conducted in Chinese.

Professor Chen Guoxiang is a life bottleneck decoding engineer, psychologist, veteran counseling mentor, and brain development expert. Attendees will learn about the causes and warning signs of brain fatigue, how to relieve stress and negative emotions, methods for energy detox and emotional decoding, ways to improve sleep quality and physical energy, as well as simple and practical techniques to reboot brain vitality.

The organizer stated that this is not just an informative seminar but also a health course combining interaction and practical experience. Through hands-on participation, attendees can personally feel the change of relaxation and renewed spirit, establish correct brain health concepts, thereby improving quality of life and work efficiency.

This course is suitable for corporate managers, administrative personnel, office workers, teachers, parents, students, and individuals who often feel fatigued, stressed, or wish to improve brain health. As places are limited, the organizer urges those interested to register as soon as possible.
