The 34th Buil Film Awards in Korea were announced last night at the Signiel Hotel in Busan, hosted by Kim Nam-gil and Chun Woo-hee. Last year's Best Actor, Jung Woo-sung, who has been out of the spotlight due to controversy over his non-marital child, made a rare appearance to hand the Best Actor trophy to Lee Byung-hun for 'The Match,' marking his fourth win. The absent Kim Go-eun received the Best Actress award for 'Exhuma.'
The Best Picture award went to 'The Beom,' while the Best New Actress award was claimed by Hyeri for 'FIGHTING! Girls.' She also took home the Audience's Choice Star of the Year award. Lee Joon-hyuk won as a co-recipient, achieving high votes for a second consecutive year.
