Warmth Overflowing at Pei Min Charity Sale – Principal Grateful for Support from All Walks of Life

(Miri, 7th) Miri Pei Min Middle School Principal, Bei Meijiao, stated that the charity sale is one of Pei Min Middle School’s annual events, aimed at helping the school raise funds for school operations, improve campus facilities, and enhance teaching resources so that students can learn and grow in a better environment.
She pointed out that running a good school is never accomplished by the school alone, but requires the attention of society, the support of alumni, the understanding of parents, and the dedication and perseverance of every teacher and student.
This morning, at the opening ceremony of the school's 2025 “Connecting Hearts with Pei Min” charity sale, Bei Meijiao welcomed everyone to gather at this event filled with love and hope, to jointly contribute, unite kindness, and spread warmth for Pei Min Middle School.
She said that as both the principal and an alumna, she felt deeply gratified and touched, sincerely thanking everyone for attending despite their busy schedules, and expressing her gratitude for everyone’s generosity and selfless dedication.

She mentioned that this charity sale event has received an unprecedented response since preparations began. Both teachers and students not only contributed materials, but also actively assisted with on-site affairs at the charity sale, showcasing great enthusiasm and sense of responsibility; the board members strongly supported the event as well, from providing materials and funding to mobilizing the alumni network, giving their all.
She stated that the support from alumni fully demonstrates the spirit of “Once a Pei Min student, always a Pei Min person”. At the same time, the generosity and quiet support from parents and caring members of society are even more valuable resources and strengths for the school.
“‘Connecting Hearts with Pei Min’ is not only the name of the event, but also represents an emotional bond and the inheritance of responsibility. Pei Min Middle School, upholding the motto of ‘Diligence, Harmony, Loyalty, Perseverance’, has nurtured countless talents and witnessed generations of students grow. Today’s charity sale is the best embodiment of this bond.”
She emphasized that education is a long-term investment; although its returns might not be immediate, it can change a person's destiny and even influence the course of an era. Every bit of support today is the cornerstone of Pei Min Middle School’s future development, and will also become the warmest memory in the hearts of the children.
