(Bandar Seri Begawan, 30th) The Young Entrepreneurs Group and Women's Group of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce Bandar Seri Begawan jointly organized a blood donation campaign today at the Manggis Mall Hua He Shopping Mall, together with RIPAS Hospital Blood Bank.
The blood donation activity was held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a total of 92 people registered to participate, among whom 80 successfully donated blood.
The organizers stated that successful blood donors received a gift bag as a token of appreciation. This was also the first blood donation activity jointly organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Group and Women's Group of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce Bandar Seri Begawan.
It is understood that each bag of blood can save up to three lives, especially for surgical patients, serious accident victims, cancer patients, thalassemia patients, and mothers in emergency childbirth, all of whom may rely on blood transfusions to sustain their lives. Since blood cannot be artificially manufactured, it is especially important for the public to donate blood regularly.
In addition, appropriate blood donation not only helps others, but also promotes blood circulation and metabolism, encouraging donors to pay more attention to their own health status.
