Vitterkohf met with Putin on the 11th in St. Petersburg, Russia.
In an interview broadcasted on Fox News Channel, he mentioned seeing the peace agreement 'taking shape', and that two important advisors of Putin, Ushakov and Dmitriyev, participated in the 'highly anticipated talks'.

NATO Never Promised to Include Ukraine in NATO in Russia-Ukraine Peace Agreement
Additionally, NATO Secretary General Rutte stated on the 15th that NATO's support for Ukraine is 'unquestionable', but NATO has never promised to include Ukraine in NATO in any future peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia.
Rutte visited the southern Ukrainian city of Odessa that day and met with Ukrainian President Zelensky.
He also pointed out that the efforts of U.S. President Trump to promote a peace ceasefire in Ukraine are 'not easy'.
He said: 'After this horrific violence, such dialogues are certainly not easy, but we all support President Trump's efforts to promote peace.'
