Anutin: Thailand Will Continue Military Operations Until the Threat Stops

Although U.S. President Trump said that Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to a ceasefire, Thailand's caretaker Prime Minister Anutin has vowed to continue military action against Cambodia.

Anutin wrote in a Facebook post on the 13th: “Thailand will continue to take military action until our territory and people are no longer harmed or threatened.”

U.S. President Trump said on the 12th that after days of deadly border clashes, the prime ministers of Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to cease hostilities.

Trump posted on social media: "They have agreed to a complete ceasefire starting tonight, and to resume the peace agreement that I signed with them, initially reached with the assistance of Malaysia’s distinguished Prime Minister Anwar."
