(Tehran, 8th) – Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spokesperson Naini stated that over the past week, Iranian forces have targeted more than 200 sensitive locations deployed by the United States and Israel in the Middle East.
According to Xinhua News Agency, Naini said statistics show that since the outbreak of conflict between the U.S.-Israel alliance and Iran, Iran has launched 600 missile strikes and 2,600 drone operations, precisely striking and destroying more than 200 sensitive targets located within U.S. military bases and key Israeli facilities.
Naini also stated that these actions have destroyed seven advanced radars which form part of the region’s air defense early warning network, including the FPS-132 over-the-horizon radar system, known as the 'Desert Eye,' deployed at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
Naini noted that these facilities are key components of the U.S. large-scale surveillance, interception, and air defense network in the Middle East. With several critical radar systems damaged, U.S. monitoring and air defense capabilities in the region have been 'severely hit.'
