At 6:44 a.m. on the 28th, the Beijing Fire and Rescue Corps received a report that a nursing home in Taishitun Town, Miyun District was surrounded by floodwaters and people were trapped. The Fire and Rescue Corps initiated an emergency response, dispatching firefighters and rescue teams from Miyun, Special Duty Squadron, and Development Area, along with fire trucks and rescue boats, to the scene.
