(Bandar Seri Begawan, 5th) Netcom Computer House held the Vertiv Partner Connect 2025 event this afternoon at Radisson Hotel Brunei, bringing together system integrators and resellers.
This event outlined how Vertiv’s solutions, from core data centers to the edge, support Brunei’s next stage of digital services and infrastructure development.
Netcom Managing Director Vincent Wu stated that Brunei’s digital transformation is accelerating and that none of us can respond to it alone.
In view of this, our goal is to provide partners with practical solutions to reduce risk and shorten time to value.
This event followed Netcom’s signing of a distribution agreement with Vertiv in September and invited experts from Malaysia and the Philippines to provide briefings and one-on-one meetings for local channel partners.
In the IT systems seminar, John Paul Mencio outlined a reference architecture designed to enhance uptime and maintainability by combining integrated UPS and power distribution systems with racks, environmental monitoring and management, as well as appropriately sized cooling solutions to enable rapid deployment and easy scalability.
Kevin Khong highlighted Vertiv’s intelligent modular solutions, including prefabricated power, cooling, and IT space kits, equipped with remote management capability for greater visibility—suited for deployment scenarios in government, enterprise, education, and telecom sectors where speed and reliability are critical.
All seminars conveyed a consistent message: partners need to deploy infrastructure that is fast, easy to manage, and scalable to meet the demands of modern workloads.
Netcom stated it will work hand in hand with Vertiv and local partners to expand the reach of these solutions in Brunei through ongoing training and solution demonstrations.
