Eason Chan and Hilary Tsui's beloved daughter Constance Chan (CONSTANCE) officially announced her signing with Warner Music Hong Kong earlier, and on the 26th released her debut English single 'doll.' The song, co-created with lyricist, composer, and producer Ernest Choi, uses 'doll' as a metaphor to describe the feeling of being manipulated like a controlled puppet.
As Constance officially embarks on her music career, both her parents are incredibly supportive! When behind-the-scenes footage was released recently, Eason left a comment on his daughter's social media: “soooooo happy and soooo pride of you, my dearest dorda. Have fun please~” The end credits of the MV also feature her mother Hilary Tsui’s English name, as the fashionista herself naturally took on the role of style director for her daughter!
In the 3-minute MV, Constance changes into black, white, grey, brown, black, and red outfits—a total of five—showcasing her tall and slender frame with great style. The MV is filled with dance scenes, with Constance looking seasoned and far from a rookie; she resembles her mother in style, and some netizens even commented, “For many shots, I thought it was Hilary [Tsui].”
