China’s September 3rd Military Parade Completes Final Rehearsal, Full Process Preview Performed

With less than two weeks to go before the September 3rd military parade, China has completed the third and final comprehensive rehearsal for the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

According to Xinhua News Agency, the news center for commemorative events marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War announced that from 5 pm Saturday (August 23) to 5 am Sunday (24th), the third comprehensive rehearsal for the assembly was held in Beijing’s Tiananmen area.

It has been introduced that this was a complete-process, all-factor preview, and also the final comprehensive rehearsal, covering every aspect of the event, including the commemorative assembly ceremony, transitions, audience organization, and emergency response, with a special focus on testing the coordination and connection of various processes and links; all links on site were organized in an orderly manner, transitions were tight, and operations were smooth, achieving the expected goals.

This year China is commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War with a series of events, the most anticipated of which is the military parade on September 3rd at Tiananmen Square in Beijing. General Secretary Xi Jinping will review the troops and deliver a speech.

The largest military band in the history of National Day military parades since the founding of the People’s Republic of China will also appear at the commemorative assembly, presenting new musical works, new arrangements, and new configurations during the inspection.
