(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10th) The Brunei Fire and Rescue Department received a report at 9:18am today about a fire at a factory located in Ban 6 Industrial Park, Jalan Mulaut.
Upon receiving the report, the Jerudong, Pengkalan Batu, Bandar Seri Begawan, and Beribi fire stations swiftly dispatched personnel to the scene, deploying a total of five fire engines and 26 firefighters.
After arriving at the scene, firefighters found the fire to be intense, with the entire factory engulfed in flames. The incident involved a heavy machinery manufacturing facility. After the firefighters' hard work, the blaze was brought under control in about 20 minutes.
