Brunei Customs Department Announces BDNSW System Restored; Maintenance and Upgrade Completed and Stable Monitoring Ongoing

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 25th) The Royal Customs and Excise Department of Brunei today announced that the 'Brunei Darussalam National Single Window System' (BDNSW) has completed its maintenance and security enhancement works, and the system has officially resumed normal operations.

According to a statement issued by the Customs Department today, the system maintenance was jointly carried out by the Royal Customs and Excise Department (RCED) and the E-Government National Centre (EGNC), and is now fully completed and has entered a stable monitoring phase to ensure system efficiency and smooth operation.

“We have completed the maintenance and security enhancement of the BDNSW system, which has now resumed operation. We are closely monitoring its performance to ensure stable operation and optimal efficiency,” the statement said.

The Customs Department reminds users that during the system stabilization period, there may still be occasional interruptions, and urges users to be patient and promptly contact the relevant technical support units.

The Customs Department also expresses its sincere apologies to all users for any inconvenience caused during the system downtime, and thanks the public for their understanding and cooperation.
