(Sriya, 25th) The Primary Division of Zhongzheng School recently held the "Young Scientists Competition" with great success, attracting enthusiastic participation from 55 students across six grades. After a month of rigorous grading by the science teacher team, the competition results have been officially announced.
The competition aimed to inspire students' scientific observation skills, understanding of chemical substances, and hands-on experimental abilities. Even with a set limit on participants, the event received enthusiastic responses from both students and parents, with many parents accompanying their children to repeatedly practice experiments, demonstrating a high regard for science education.
Participants were required to choose their own experimental topics and independently conduct and explain their experiments on the competition day. Although the preparation process was complex and time-consuming, both teachers and students were highly motivated and reactive.
Science group leader Ashira said in an interview: "The children's performance exceeded expectations. They not only demonstrated excellent experimental skills but were also able to clearly explain the scientific principles behind their experiments, embodying the spirit of scientific inquiry."
