According to Chinese media China News Service, the 6th CICPE opened in Haikou on the 13th. With the theme "Open Up to Lead Global Consumption, Innovate to Drive a Better Life", the expo is attended by over 3,400 brands from more than 60 countries and regions, with international exhibits accounting for 65%, a 20% increase compared to the previous edition.

The report says that the "Taiwan Specialty Exhibition Area," making its debut at the expo, also launched on the same day, with 20 Taiwanese enterprises and 24 exhibiting brands participating together. The area features renowned sorghum liquors, creative ceramics, specialty pastries, health supplements, high-mountain teas, and other high-quality products, attracting many visitors to stop and make inquiries.

According to reports, Pan Xianzhang, Deputy Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, declared at the opening ceremony of the Taiwan Specialty Exhibition Area that this expo not only fully showcases the distinctive features and vitality of Taiwan's consumer industry but also reflects the strong confidence of the Taiwanese business community in the mainland market.
