This award is based entirely on independently verified passenger feedback, ensuring neutrality and transparency throughout the assessment process.
APEX collaborates with TripIt, part of Concur® and the world's most widely used travel planning app, to collect anonymous passenger feedback based on neutral third-party insights for its evaluations.
In the 2026 assessment, passengers from over 600 airlines worldwide used a five-star rating system to evaluate more than one million flights. On the same screen, passengers can anonymously rate five in-flight services: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage (presented jointly with the International Flight Services Association (IFSA), a global professional association representing airlines, railway onboard service providers and their suppliers), entertainment facilities, and Wi-Fi. Passengers can complete the single-screen review in just 15 seconds.
This achievement demonstrates RB’s commitment to providing every passenger with an outstanding and comfortable journey, reflecting its continuous investment in cabin design, product enhancements, and consistent network services.
