As the People’s Liberation Army of China conducts military drills around Taiwan, the Taiwan Army Command on the 30th released footage of immediate combat readiness exercises, revealing scenes including M60A3 tanks on readiness patrols, Apache attack helicopters simulating strikes against the enemy, and emphasized that the army stands vigilant to defend their homeland, facing threats with courage and never backing down.
The PLA Eastern Theater Command announced on the 29th that it would conduct the “Justice Mission-2025” drills around Taiwan. From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 30th, live-fire exercises took place in five designated maritime and air zones around Taiwan. In response, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense established an emergency response center and launched immediate combat readiness exercises.
On the 30th, the Army Command released a video of the readiness drills on its official Facebook page, “Republic of China Army.”
According to the footage, M60A3 tanks and CM-34 Clouded Leopard eight-wheeled armored vehicles equipped with 30mm chain guns moved into tactical zones. At the same time, army short-range tactical drones took off for reconnaissance, relaying enemy targets in real time for the ground forces to engage. Army Aviation Special Forces AH-64E Apache attack helicopters also flew to target zones to simulate strikes against the enemy.
