(Bandar Seri Begawan, 15th) Baiduri Bank was awarded third place in the “Most Active Participation (Private Sector)” category in the BN On the Move (BNOTM) 2025 Championship, jointly organized by the Brunei Ministry of Health and EVYD Technology.

This is the second consecutive year the bank has participated in this national health event and once again ranked among the top three in the private sector, further demonstrating the bank’s long-standing emphasis on employee well-being and workplace engagement.

During the five-month-long championship, a total of 457 employees participated, collectively accumulating over 211 million steps, showcasing the staff’s enthusiasm for taking part in health activities.

The bank stated that this achievement also reflects its ongoing commitment to employee health programs, aiming to enhance overall well-being from physical, mental, financial, and spiritual perspectives. Through activities such as BNOTM, the bank continues to create opportunities for employees, encouraging healthy lifestyle practices and promoting internal collaboration and participation.

In line with its long-term sustainability agenda, the BNOTM event also supports the bank in building a more resilient and future-ready workforce, while contributing to Brunei’s “Vision 2035” goals of a healthy and sustainable nation.

To commemorate this achievement, the bank recently held an internal appreciation and recognition event at its headquarters, lauding employees who actively participated in this year’s championship and contributed to the overall performance.

The event also recognized outstanding departments, the top three male and female participants, as well as the top 10 participants in the bank, while conducting a lucky draw for 60 employees.

The bank pointed out that this recognition event not only celebrates collective team achievements, but also further strengthens employee cohesion, encourages continued participation in future health activities, and reinforces the importance of employee well-being as a core component of corporate culture.
