Ng Ka Liang Says DAPSY Cannot Cooperate with MCA Youth & UMNO Youth; Akmal Challenges Him to Urge DAP to Cut Ties with UMNO

(Kuala Lumpur, 26th) Democratic Action Party Socialist Youth (DAPSY) Chief Ng Ka Liang stated that DAPSY cannot walk the same path or cooperate with UMNO Youth and MCA Youth. UMNO Youth Chief Datuk Akmal challenged Ng to directly tell DAP leaders to sever ties with UMNO, stressing that just saying it is useless without action.
He responded via social media today to Ng Ka Liang’s statement that DAPSY cannot cooperate with MCA Youth and UMNO Youth, as their paths are fundamentally different.
Akmal said: “I also ask the DAPSY chief to tell your boss to directly break off relations with UMNO. Don’t just say it, talk is cheap!”
Ng Ka Liang, in an interview, said that exchange between parties in the unity government is confined to the government level, adding that DAPSY cannot walk the same path as MCA Youth and UMNO Youth.
