Four Students from St. Joseph's International School Kuching Receive Cambridge World and National Best Achievement Awards

(Kuching, 25th) Four students from St. Joseph's International School Kuching have excelled in the November 2025 Cambridge AS-Level, A-Level, and IGCSE examinations, earning the 'Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards.'

According to the school's Facebook post, this achievement showcases the students' hard work, discipline, and perseverance, while also reflecting the dedication of the teachers and the unwavering support of the parents.

Among the four award-winning students, the following three received the 'Top in the World' award:

Eunice Ooi Jia Yi: A-Level Business Studies Top in the World
Carmen Lee Zi Shuen: IGCSE English (Second Language, Speaking Endorsement) Top in the World
Giselle Chen Yan Xin: IGCSE English (Second Language, Speaking Endorsement) Top in the World

In addition, Jameela Khayrin Mohamad Bolhair received the 'Top in Malaysia for Business Studies AS-Level.'

Meanwhile, SJIS Principal Brother Robert Teoh and St. Joseph's Private School Chief Executive Officer Christopher Chua also congratulated the students.

Robert Teoh stated: "For the school to achieve three 'Top in the World' awards in the same exam session is truly outstanding."

Christopher Chua said: "Being recognized by Cambridge International as 'Top in Malaysia' and 'Top in the World' is an extraordinary achievement and places our students among the world's elite."
