Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar on Monday hosted a tea party at the iconic Petronas Twin Towers for Indonesian President Prabowo, who is on a state visit to Malaysia.
The two leaders dined and chatted on the 40th floor of Tower 1, overlooking Kuala Lumpur's city skyline.
Apart from the Indonesian delegation, Malaysian attendees included Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid and Datuk Seri Fadillah, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Zafrul, Education Minister Fadhlina, Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change Nik Nazmi, as well as senior government officials and business representatives from both countries.
Earlier, Anwar and Prabowo held bilateral talks here to exchange views on regional and international issues of common concern.
The topics discussed included trade and investment, the halal industry, education, capacity building, and connectivity.
