(Seria, 6th) Residents of the Kampong Panaga Resettlement Housing Area launched a cleaning activity yesterday, clearing the sidewalks along Jalan Kenawai.
This activity was organized by the 'A' Village Consultative Council of the Kampong Panaga Resettlement Housing Area, led by Village Head Haji Ruzaili. Volunteers participated in clearing overgrown areas on the sidewalk to ensure the walkway is safe and clear for public use.
When interviewed, Village Head Haji Ruzaili stated that the purpose of this event is to encourage residents to engage in recreational activities safely, such as walking or jogging, instead of using dangerous roads.
He hopes this activity will also inspire cooperation among residents, while raising awareness of the importance of keeping the village clean and benefiting the community.
