The 2026 Labour Force Survey (KTK) is carried out in accordance with Brunei Darussalam's Statistics Act, Chapter 81.
JPES assures all selected families or households participating in this survey that all information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for statistical purposes.
According to Article 9 of the Statistics Act, failure or refusal to provide the required information, or providing false information, constitutes a legal offense and is subject to a fine of $4,000.
