Katy Perry Makes First Appearance After 9-Year Relationship Ends—Heartbroken and In Tears

40-year-old American pop superstar Katy Perry and 47-year-old 'Lord of the Rings' archer Orlando Bloom began dating in 2016 and have a daughter together, but are still not married.

Reportedly, the two have quietly broken up recently, ending their nearly 9-year relationship and canceling their engagement.

Katy is currently busy with her tour. The other day, she held her final concert in Australia, which was also her first public appearance following her split with Orlando. She was visibly emotional, choking up and crying multiple times on stage, clearly still heartbroken over the breakup. However, a friend revealed, “Katy is of course very sad, but she’s relieved that she doesn’t have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst period of her life.”

Orlando, on the other hand, seems quite happy to be single, celebrating and partying nonstop. He was seen walking in a seaside park with 27-year-old “goddess of beauty” Sydney Sweeney. At first, the two were chatting as they walked, frequently sharing smiles, but after noticing reporters, Sydney intentionally distanced herself. This scene quickly became a hot topic online, with rumors swirling that Orlando had moved on and initiated the breakup with Katy to pursue Sydney, who is also freshly out of her engagement.
