American rap star Sean “Diddy” Combs, who has faced multiple allegations of sexual assault and drug trafficking, is now being accused by yet another victim who has come forward claiming to have suffered at his hands.
Former model and actor Edmond Laurent filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (the 1st) evening, accusing Diddy of assault, battery, sexual assault, and emotional abuse, and is seeking $10 million (approximately RM42.13 million) in damages.
Laurent’s complaint spans 32 pages and claims the incidents occurred in the late 2000s at several upscale hotels in the Los Angeles area. Laurent alleges that he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy and an unidentified female, who allegedly deliberately punctured a condom with her fingernail, leading to Laurent contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
The complaint states that the incident caused Laurent severe emotional and physical trauma, including long-term health issues such as developing stomach cancer, and that his illness was the direct result of Diddy’s deliberate harm. Diddy has not yet responded to these latest allegations.
