(Miri, 6th) The Che Sing Khor Moral Uplifting Society in Miri held the "Malaysia Moral Education Class Graduation Ceremony" yesterday in the society's grand hall, celebrating the successful conclusion of the seventh moral education class.

The society leader, Khor Ooi Long, expressed his high respect and heartfelt gratitude to all staff, teachers, and parents as they gathered to witness the successful completion of this academic year.

Society leader Khor Ooi Long specifically praised the volunteer teachers and staff of the moral education class. He commended their selfless dedication and patient guidance in creating a warm and caring learning environment for the students. He pointed out that the teachers not only impart knowledge but also embody the spirit of "teaching with morals" from the Classic of Filial Piety, helping students develop good character and correct values through practical actions.

In his speech, Khor Ooi Long emphasized that the wisdom contained in the Classic of Filial Piety makes the students more sensible in life, with a sense of responsibility, laying a solid moral foundation for their future lives. He reminded the students that learning in the moral education class is not just about accumulating knowledge, but also about shaping values, cultivating virtues such as kindness to others, propriety in conduct, and sincerity to oneself.

He encouraged the students to continue to uphold the spirit learned from the Classic of Filial Piety, practicing these precious qualities in their future paths, spreading beautiful values such as love, kindness, filial piety, and propriety to broader places, injecting more positive energy into society. Meanwhile, he thanked parents for their support and cooperation, pointing out that the family is the starting point of education, and parents are the first teachers of their children. The real actions of the parents interpret the profound meaning of "no teaching, father's fault."

Finally, Society leader Khor Ooi Long encouraged the students, stating that graduation is not the end but a new beginning. He hopes that they will continue to progress in the future, inherit the spirit of the Moral Uplifting Society, and promote the development and harmony of society.

Zi Xing Ge Education Director and Moral Education Class leading teacher Tian Xiumei also announced that the eighth Moral Education Class will commence on March 9th (Sunday) this year. Interested students are welcome to contact Teacher Tian at 01110578983 for information and registration.
