SPANS delegation calls on SS

KUCHING: State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki has received a courtesy visit from the Sarawak Public Service Commission (SPANS) delegation at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here yesterday (Aug 22).

The delegation was led by SPANS Chairman Datuk Kameri Affandi, who officially began his duties on Aug 1.

The visit introduced three new SPANS members appointed this year, namely Datuk Ismail Mohamad Hanis, Datuk Lau Hieng Ung and Dr Ahi Sarok.

Apart from introducing the new leadership, the meeting also discussed plans to strengthen cooperation, roles and functions of SPANS in the future.

Also present were SPANS deputy chairman Datuk Antonio Kahti Galis, along with other SPANS members Datuk Jack Aman Luat, Datuk Abdul Rahman Sebli Logo@Senusi, and SPANS secretary Mohamad Lotfi Tuah.
