Venezuelan rescue teams have arrived in the severely affected areas of La Guaira State and the region where the capital Caracas is located.
Acting President Rodríguez has requested the international community to dispatch professional rescue forces to Venezuela. Through specifically established air corridors, these teams can cooperate with Venezuelan rescue teams to carry out disaster relief work.
