Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh Successfully Concludes European Tour, Returns to Hanoi to Deepen International Cooperation

(Hanoi, 14th) The Prime Minister of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh, along with his wife and senior delegation, successfully arrived at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, concluding his visit to Nice, France to attend the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) and a series of bilateral visits, including official visits to Estonia and Sweden.

This 10-day European tour featured a tight schedule, with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh participating in more than 80 important events. At the United Nations Ocean Conference, he delivered a significant speech on behalf of ASEAN and co-hosted the World Delta Summit with the President of Iraq, attending various international meetings such as the Monaco Green Economy and Finance Forum.

During the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held bilateral meetings with leaders from over 20 countries and international organizations, including China, Jordan, Peru, Palau, Costa Rica, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and the Solomon Islands.

In his official visits to France, Estonia, and Sweden, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh engaged in in-depth exchanges with high-level leaders. In talks with French leaders, both sides agreed on deepening the Vietnam-France comprehensive strategic partnership and the outcomes of mutual leadership visits. With Estonian and Swedish leaders, they agreed to elevate cooperation in their areas of expertise, such as technological innovation and digital transformation, to new heights.

During the visit, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also met with Vietnamese expatriates, intellectuals, and entrepreneurs in France, Estonia, and Sweden, listened to their aspirations, and encouraged them to continue supporting national development.

The fruitful outcomes of this European tour were emphasized by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, stating that Vietnam will continue to uphold the principles of mutual respect and international law, deepening cooperation with various countries to jointly promote peace, stability, and development in the region and the world.
