The Wall Street Journal reported on the 27th that informed officials from the United States and Saudi Arabia disclosed that Iran attacked the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, where US troops are stationed, resulting in 10 US military personnel being injured and multiple US aerial refueling aircraft being damaged.
The report stated that at least one missile and several drones struck the air base. A building inside the base was hit, and the injured US personnel were inside this building at the time, with two of them being seriously wounded.
The Wall Street Journal also reported on the 13th, citing US officials as sources, that Iran launched a missile attack on the Prince Sultan Air Base, hitting five US refueling aircraft parked on the ground. US President Trump posted on social media the next day, acknowledging that US refueling aircraft had been attacked but emphasizing that none were destroyed and only one suffered damage.
According to US media data, since the large-scale military operation launched by the US and Israel against Iran on February 28, there have been at least 13 US military deaths and 303 injuries. Currently, 10 people remain in critical condition.
