(Bandar Seri Begawan, 3rd) Baiduri Bank (BAIDURI) and Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) have established a strategic partnership and successfully organized the 'MSME Empowerment Series' comprehensive seminar, aiming to equip Brunei's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with the essential tools needed for sustainable market expansion.
The 17th 'MSME Empowerment Series' seminar, themed 'New Market Entry: Ideal Customer Analysis and Expansion Strategies,' focuses on enhancing MSMEs’ ability to identify target customers and implement effective expansion strategies, thereby seizing new business opportunities.
The seminar was held at the Baiduri Bank Business Centre and brought together 20 business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals actively seeking market expansion.
Industry experts from SAGE, Kevin Legg and David Chan, hosted the seminar and shared their rich experiences in business development and international market entry.
The program included a series of interactive sessions, with an emphasis on how to define high-value customer populations and how to customize client engagement messaging.
In the afternoon, the bank conducted personalized consultations, providing participants with strategic insights tailored to their individual business objectives. Each participant also received a customized 'Prospective Client Development Handbook' to support their expansion efforts beyond the seminar.
