(Bandar Mahkota, 17th) The Brunei Da Pu Community Association will hold the 2024 Member's Children Academic Excellence Award Ceremony on July 20, 2024 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM at our association's auditorium. Applications for the 2024 Member's Children Academic Excellence Award are now open. Members' children with outstanding academic achievements and who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply.
Award Application Rules:
Excellence Award:
1. Those who are enrolled in various primary and secondary schools in the country in 2024, whose annual results are ranked first, second, or third.
2. Passed the Brunei Primary School Leaving Examination (PSR) with at least 3 A's and 1 B.
3. Brunei Secondary School Year 7 and Year 8 students (SPN) who scored over 80 points in five subjects throughout the year.
4. Brunei Secondary School Year 9 to Year 11 students who scored over 75 points in five subjects throughout the year.
5. Brunei Cambridge General Certificate of Education (G.C.E. 'O' Level), with five subjects scoring no more than 15 points.
6. Passed the Brunei Cambridge Advanced Level Examination (G.C.E. 'A' Level) with at least two B's.
Encouragement Award:
A. For Primary School Year 1 to Year 3 students, the annual total average score is 85 points or above.
B. For Primary School Year 4 to Year 6 students, the annual total average score is 80 points or above.
C. For Brunei Secondary School Year 7 to Year 10 students, the annual total average score is 70 points or above.
D. For Lower Six and Upper Six, at least two B's in school grades.
Chinese Encouragement Award:
A. For Primary School Year 1 to Year 4 students, the annual Chinese score is 90 points or above.
B. For Primary School Year 5 to Year 6 students, the annual Chinese score is 85 points or above.
C. For Secondary School Year 1 to Year 5 students, the annual Chinese score is 75 points or above.
D. For Brunei Cambridge General Certificate of Education (G.C.E. 'O' Level), an A in the Chinese subject.

Applicants must first obtain an application form, fill it out, and submit it along with a copy of their transcript to our registration office. Award-winning students must attend the award ceremony in person. Applications from students studying abroad will not be accepted. If two results from school examinations and government public exams are received in the same year, only the better result will be used for awarding purposes.
