He Chengxi was born into a wealthy family in Shenzhen, but always felt insecure about her appearance. Starting in 2008, she became obsessed with plastic surgery, undergoing three double eyelid surgeries and repeatedly altering her facial features, all to "look exactly like Fan Bingbing." In 2016, under the title of "Mini Fan Bingbing", she participated in shows, acted in drama, and took on event gigs. She was even dubbed "the woman who looks most like Fan Bingbing."
