Brunei Air Wins World Travel Award Again, Gains Global Recognition

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 8th) Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has been awarded the "2025 World's Leading Cabin Crew" title by the World Travel Awards (WTA), marking the sixth consecutive year RB has received this honor.
This award is the highest accolade in the industry, reflecting the trust and confidence of the Bruneian public in RB’s outstanding service quality.
The award ceremony was held on December 6, 2025 (Saturday) at the Bahrain World Expo.
RB representatives included: Cabin crew members Mohamad Nuruljadaya and Khun Shana, acting cabin crew manager Zhang Nurushana, and RB’s acting Chief Executive Officer Suriati.

This award aims to recognize excellence across all major sectors of the travel industry and to commend organizations that demonstrate extraordinary service and innovation.
The World Travel Awards (WTA) is recognized as one of the most prestigious awards in the travel industry, representing the highest achievement attainable by global airlines, hotels, travel organizations, and hotel brands.
At the same time, winning the “2025 World's Leading Cabin Crew” title is a remarkable recognition of Royal Brunei Airlines’ status on the global stage.
This award is particularly significant because WTA winners are selected by travel industry professionals and travelers worldwide, reflecting their deep trust and confidence in RB’s excellent service.
Winning this prestigious honor for six consecutive years demonstrates the consistent dedication of RB’s cabin crew, as well as the welcoming hospitality of Brunei, a charm that continues to leave a lasting impression on travelers from all over the world.

This further strengthens RB's commitment to delivering world-class service, with sincerity, care, integrity, and in line with the philosophy of "Ikhlas Dari Hati" (from the heart).
In a statement, RB’s acting Chief Executive Officer said that this award affirms the dedication of RB’s cabin crew, who always provide the highest quality Bruneian-style warm service on every flight.
He explained that their professionalism and attention to RB passengers set a benchmark they are proud of.
He noted that this honor also reflects the trust RB’s customers place in them, and they are very grateful for their customers' continued support.
He said: “We will continue striving to enhance our service standards and provide consistently thoughtful and uniquely Bruneian travel experiences.”

He added that this achievement belongs to all RB employees, highlighting collective effort that ensures RB’s excellent service always leads the industry.
He stated that looking to the future, RB is ready to maintain high service standards on its soon-to-be-operational new B787-9 aircraft, ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and efficient journey, while RB will continue to expand and upgrade its services.
RB also expressed heartfelt thanks to all customers, stakeholders, partners, and supporters who contributed to this achievement.
RB also thanked the WTA team for recognizing RB for the sixth consecutive year.
