Shortly afterwards, a black van drove out, and Hirosue immediately left in the car. In an instant, the TV camera captured her showing her teeth and giggling in the back seat. Some netizens expressed shock, saying, "Didn't she just bow her head, why did her expression change so drastically to a smile right after?" They commented that Hirosue is indeed an actress, "That smile is really terrifying."

Hirosue was initially ordered to be detained until the 19th but was unexpectedly released three days early. She is accused of assaulting a nurse, which constitutes the crime of injury and dangerous driving causing injury. Japanese media analyzed that, as she has lost her composure multiple times, police initially suspected drug use. However, the results of a drug test released on the 15th did not detect any illegal drugs or substances containing sleeping pills. It is reported that Hirosue is currently actively negotiating reconciliation matters with the assaulted nurse.
