The brand new variety show "Black and White William Fighting" on PTS Taiwanese held its premiere press conference yesterday, led by absurdist variety host Shen Yulin, who joins forces with Hsia Yu-hsin, Lin Yupin (A-hsi), and Haichan as co-hosts. This also marks Shen Yulin's first public appearance since his illness. As he returns to the limelight, many are concerned whether his health can handle it, to which he gave a direct response.
Shen Yulin now holds four programs and has not dropped any of them. He also shared his thoughts: "Because the original ones still need to be handled by me. While I was hospitalized, everyone was waiting, so I felt bad about saying I needed to rest. My shows are mostly upbeat and cheerful, so they won't exhaust me; I still have plenty of time to rest each day." However, he did say he would not take on any new shows. As for netizens claiming he's "chasing money over health," he joked that what he had wasn't a liver disease, and once his numbers reach standards, he's just like a normal person.
