(Bandar Seri Begawan, 2nd) In celebration of World Heart Day, Brunei's largest charity fitness group (Super Slim Fit Brunei Biggest Charity Fitness Group) recently joined hands with IBTE under the Ministry of Education to host a charity fitness event at Jalan Jefri Bolkiah College, Kuala Belait.
The founder and principal of Brunei's largest charity fitness group, Mr. Chan Swee Seng, stated that the purpose of this event is to teach teachers and students full-body stretching exercises, especially for those teachers and students who spend long hours sitting on chairs. Stretching therapy can help eliminate and treat symptoms such as body pain, stiffness, discomfort, stress, and insomnia, and can also promote blood circulation and metabolism.
Principal Chan emphasized that stretching exercises are very effective and can stimulate blood circulation and the nervous system, promote metabolism, and correct body posture. He encouraged the public to incorporate more stretching movements into their daily lives.
Principal Chan noted that they offer a variety of exercises and training for both ordinary people and individuals with special needs. All courses are open to the public and completely free. Classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at the National Stadium Berakas and Fitness Zone Kiulap. The public can contact the group for more details.
Principal Chan stated that they provide free courses for government departments, associations, and private sectors to raise health awareness. Therefore, governments, associations, and private individuals can apply to them for free courses. The public may contact the group via Whatsapp 8923488 or follow the group’s Instagram: superslim_fit.bn.
