On Sunday (September 7), Wuhan police released an incident report on the 'Ping'an Jianghan' social media account, stating that at about 22:20 on the 6th, a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Hualou Street and Jiaotong Road in their jurisdiction, resulting in seven people being injured, none with life-threatening injuries.
The report stated that upon receiving the call, police quickly arrived on the scene, worked with emergency medical services to send the injured to hospital for treatment, and arrested the 24-year-old male driver surnamed Geng. The accident is under further investigation and handling.
