The most precious aspect of this gathering was the return of the third president to Brunei after a long absence, joining presidents and members from various terms to celebrate and share camaraderie.
Attendees of the gathering included the first president Sun De'an, second president Wu Lianqing, the returning third president, fifteenth president Chen Zhaopeng, twenty-fourth president Chen Meihui, and twenty-fifth president Han Baoding, as well as the current president Luo Wanyi. The vice presidents Mai Shuncheng, Lin Jiacheng, and Chen Xianfu were also present.
