The incident reportedly occurred at Lugu Tasek, with authorities receiving a report at around 3 PM today.
According to reports, the deceased and two friends went swimming at the aforementioned location. When the friends found him unconscious in the pool, they called his father, who arrived and immediately attempted CPR. However, the deceased showed no signs of recovery. One of the friends called the deceased's father. Upon arrival, the father also participated in the rescue efforts. Fire department and ambulance officials arrived at the scene one after another, persistently performing CPR and using various rescue tools, but the deceased still showed no signs of revival.
The deceased was pronounced dead after being sent to the hospital.
