Singer Jim Chim, who was present as a volunteer distributing supplies, expressed deep disdain for people coming from other districts to 'grab' supplies—sometimes taking one or two bags and even openly taking a taxi away—and harshly criticized them, saying they were 'even worse than beggars.'
