(Bandar Seri Begawan, 7th)—The Brunei Chong Zheng Hakka Association has announced that its 2026 Members’ General Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on the 29th of this month (Sunday), at Jing Hua Restaurant in Seria. All members are cordially invited to attend and actively participate in the discussion and decision-making of this important annual agenda.
The meeting’s agenda includes member registration, appointment of interim chairman and secretary, approval of previous motions, as well as the presentation of reports by the president, secretary, and treasurer. Meanwhile, the meeting will also arrange for the discussion of proposals from members and address other ad-hoc motions.
A luncheon will be prepared for members after the conclusion of the meeting, after which the meeting will be adjourned. Any member who wishes to submit a proposal should do so by March 22, 2026, via their respective regional representatives for discussion at the meeting.
In addition, members may pay any outstanding annual dues on the day of the meeting. Forms will also be provided onsite for members to update or amend their personal information, such as address and phone number. Any member who has not yet submitted a new photo for their membership card is requested to bring two passport-size photos for processing.
