Woman Sits Reverse Facing Rider on Motorcycle, Netizens Stunned

A Taiwanese netizen recently posted a video on Facebook, showing a young woman riding a motorcycle while actually sitting face-to-face and hugging the rider, leaving netizens utterly stunned.

According to a report by Liberty Times on the 10th, the original poster recently shared the video in the Facebook group “爆料公社”. In the footage, while waiting at a red light, a woman can be seen on a motorcycle “embracing” the rider face-to-face. When the light turns green and the motorcycle starts moving, the woman's legs keep swinging, making her look quite relaxed.

The video’s exposure sparked a flood of criticism online: “Not acting like a human, trying to be a monkey,” “This might even get their license revoked, dangerous driving,” “Boring and thinks it's funny,” “Did they just unlock a new way to 'connect' with others?” “She isn't embarrassed, but I'm embarrassed for her,” “If you can't afford a hotel, just say so,” “No standards.”

According to the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, passengers not seated properly may be violating Article 88, Item 1, Subsection 2 of the Road Traffic Safety Rules, and the driver can be fined between NT$300 and NT$600; In cases where this riding position prevents the driver from properly controlling the motorcycle or seriously affects visibility and vehicle balance, it may already constitute dangerous driving. In accordance with Article 43 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, a fine of NT$6,000 to NT$36,000 can be imposed, with the vehicle immediately barred from use and the license plate suspended for six months.
