(Bandar Seri Begawan, 27th) The Royal Brunei Customs and Excise Department yesterday evening held a recitation, prayer, and memorial ceremony at the royal mausoleum on Tutong Road for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and the late Pengiran Haji Abdul Azim.
The guest of honor at the ceremony was Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Mohamad Haris. Also in attendance were officials and staff at all levels from the Royal Brunei Customs and Excise Department.
The recitation and prayer ceremony was held in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Customs and Excise Department’s celebration of International Customs Day 2026 yesterday.
