(Miri, 24th) The Zili Pavilion of the Miri Moral Uplifting Society hosted a birthday celebration and year-end dinner last night at the Bay Resort Hotel. Members from the board of directors, youth group, women’s group, and divination group gathered together to celebrate birthdays, bid farewell to the old year, and welcome the new one in a warm and lively atmosphere.
Organizing Chairperson and Entertainment Director Chen Baosong said that by hosting the birthday celebration and year-end dinner, they aimed to foster unity, give back for the year’s hard work and dedication, and enhance communication and teamwork among the board, youth group, women’s group, and divination group. He added that the warm gathering was an opportunity to express gratitude for the past year, welcome the new one, and carry forward the Moral Uplifting Society’s spirit of mutual care and harmonious progress.
