Yonhap News Agency reported that during his recent state visit to China, South Korean President Lee Jae-myung received gifts from Chinese President Xi Jinping, including an electric bicycle, ceramic and tea set, paintings, as well as a CD featuring songs performed by Xi's wife, Peng Liyuan.

According to diplomatic protocol, South Korea's Blue House did not publicly disclose the specifics of the gifts from China. However, Yonhap cited political sources saying that Xi Jinping gave Lee Jae-myung the aforementioned gifts.

It is also reported that Xi Jinping prepared fruit gifts for Lee Jae-myung, such as apples and dried persimmons. Taking into account that Lee Jae-myung gave Hwangnam bread from Gyeongju to Xi Jinping, who visited Korea last October, Xi this time reciprocated with fruit.

Lee Jae-myung made a state visit to China from the 4th to the 7th of this month. He presented Xi Jinping with a "Kirin Painting" and a gold leaf dragon-patterned frame, and gave Peng Liyuan traditional Korean craft ornaments and a beauty device. In addition, on the occasion of this visit, the Korean side donated a pair of Qing Dynasty stone lion statues from the collection of Korea's Gansong Art Museum to China.
