With the passing of Patrick Tse, the distribution of his vast estate has become a focus of public attention. Hong Kong media reports indicate that the total value of Patrick Tse’s estate is estimated to exceed HK$100 million (about RM52.12 million), with some outlets speculating his total assets could reach as much as HK$1 billion (around RM521 million). Sources say that Patrick Tse had already made careful arrangements before his death, planning to set up a family trust for around 90% of his assets, primarily for his grandsons Lucas and Quintus (the sons of Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung); the remaining 10% is to be split equally between Nicholas Tse and Jennifer Tse. Additionally, Nicholas Tse is said to inherit a property in Repulse Bay, while Jennifer Tse would receive the jewelry collection.

According to Hong Kong media, 90% of Patrick Tse’s estate is to be placed in a family trust, to be managed by his former daughter-in-law Cecilia Cheung. The trust must be used exclusively for his two grandsons, Lucas and Quintus, with the funds strictly limited to education, healthcare, and living expenses. The will also includes several restrictive clauses: if Cecilia Cheung remarries, she will automatically lose her rights as trustee, and will be required to bring the children and—managed by a professional lawyer—go to Patrick Tse’s tomb monthly. However, the Tse family has yet to officially confirm these distribution details.
