(Seria, 14th) The Malay Ayi County Chinese Machinery Association will hold a membership meeting at 9:30 AM on the 22nd of this month (Sunday). All members are warmly invited to attend.
The meeting will start at 9:30 AM. The agenda includes confirmation of the previous meeting minutes, the president’s speech, the secretary’s report on association affairs, the treasurer’s report, reports from various groups, discussion of proposals (if any), and any other business. Lunch will be served after the meeting.
If members have constructive proposals, they may submit them in writing to the secretariat by the 19th of this month (Thursday) to be included in the agenda. Late submissions will not be considered, and proposers must attend the meeting in person to participate in the discussion.
