According to United Daily News, on Sunday (December 28), Chiang Wan-an said that the current statistics show there were about 39 cases of minor water leakage, structural damage, and other minor incidents in Taipei City. Most were handled during the early morning, and the city government will continue to monitor and respond to the situation as needed.
The Shanghai-Taipei City Forum was held on Saturday, with the main forum taking place on Sunday. Due to last week’s metro attack, Chiang Wan-an shortened his itinerary and attended only the main forum, while Deputy Mayor Lin Yi-hua led the rest of the activities.
