The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched attacks on multiple targets within Lebanon on the 21st.
In a statement, the IDF noted that it had carried out at least six rounds of strikes on multiple targets in Lebanon, and "will take action against any behavior that violates the understandings between Israel and Lebanon."
The IDF targeted Hezbollah's military infrastructure in multiple locations in southern Lebanon, including several weapons storage facilities such as ‘underground arsenals’. The IDF also struck four border crossings in the Hilmileh area of northern Lebanon, near the Syrian border, claiming that these crossings were used by Hezbollah to "smuggle weapons."
Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health stated that airstrikes carried out that day by the IDF in multiple locations in southern Lebanon injured 19 people, including several journalists.
According to Lebanese media reports, the IDF conducted intensive bombing on at least seven buildings in the town of Qanairit in southern Lebanon, injuring eight journalists.
